Mt. Rainier and the Milky Way
 

In early August, wildflowers coat the hillsides at Mt. Rainier. This workshop is specifically timed to hit the peak of the wildflower bloom and when the core of the Milky Way lines up perfectly with Mt. Rainier. Each student will get to use a star tracker to capture amazing images of the Milky Way.

Redwoods, Southern Oregon Coast, and the Milky Way

The coastal Redwoods are some of the most photogenic forests in the world. Combined with the ruggedness of the Southern Oregon Coast and the right timing for Milky Way, and this workshop has it all! We'll spend our mornings chasing fog and light rays in the Redwoods, and our evenings on the coast shooting Milky Way!

Southern Utah boasts some of the best fall colors in all of the world, with beautiful cottonwood trees that have a ton of character. In this workshop, we'll be shooting in Utah's badlands and canyon country during the peak of fall color. Many of the locations we'll be shooting on this trip are very seldom visited and some have never before been photographed.
